Erana - The busy morning

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! my alarm goes of as loud as a lion my eyes glance open.

After lying in bed for awhile i finally dance out of bed feeling fresh for a new day.

As i head down stairs my baby brothers are banging so loud with there new toy drum that i regret buying.

i finally get to the dining room table and get the only cereal we have got CORNFLAKES the family favorite.

after i eat my breakfast i head out the door hoping to catch the bus remembering that i have exciting volleyball i just remembered it started today.

Brooklyn - My Stormy Day

The wind and the rain was beating against  the windows of my house like a drum . 

The autumn leaves were swirling around.  The colour of the leaves were golden and crunchy looking,  they looked like a cornflake flying in the sky it looked amazing.  I had a though and danced in the wind and rain, my hair looked incrediable like a loin in the wind. My sister thought it looked exciting and she joined me, we had a wonderful time dancing and swirling like the leaves.... Girls my mum calls, time to come in out of the rain.

Brodie - My school day

Mmmm corn flakes, my favorite meal of the day. Now time to go to my first day at college, but

first drum lison. I got to school, I’m in Mr Bs room.Im a bit sad exciting that my bf is in room 15, he danced alot last yaer. It was so funny. The teacher said to draw are favorite animal.

I drawed a lion. then we wint swimming, and had some lunch.I had 2 sanwds with moy, lettes, croat, bocn and mums secret sous. Then i biked home and had a nic, wrom spare. now im harny for paster

Alyssa McN - Drums

As I danced into the room singing charms and melodies. I then stop and looked what was upon me. Lying on the table a gold and a blue drum ready to be played. I quickly head to the pantry because you can't play on a empty stomach. I started to eat some cornflakes, yummy. After breakfast I want to play the drums. I was so excited. As I was beginning I heard a weird sound. I walk outside, there's a LION!!!!!!!!! Ekkkkkkkkkkkkk. It's so cute looking, I want to pet it. 🐅

Fynn - The bad day.

In the morning I got up and made myself a bowl of cornflakes. As I was walking across the room I tripped over a drum from my drum set. Cornflakes were all over the floor I decided to give up on breakfast. Right at that time the phone rang it was my friend calling from the zoo. He told me that the zoo got a lion it was so exiting. I started to dance around I danced outside and tripped over a spirnkler that was left on the footpath. What a start to the worst day In my whole life.

Adam - The Lion

Lion

This lion is called cornflake because the was the frist thing he ate . He was born at a zoo called arana zoo . His dad was in the circus so then cornflake was in the circus . In the circus he would play the drams . when he started performing in front of people they were so excited they started to dance . The circus tent was full of people about 200 people came to see the lion perform .  Cornflake would do two 15 minute acts during each show, which cornflake really enjoyed playing.He would throw lollies into the crowd at the end.

I sat devouring my cornflakes. It was so exciting, I was going to see our brand new bach for the very first time! We drove a tedious long drive to our bach. When we arrived we darted up the elegant, pink rose framed, driveway. We rushed into the house and ran out onto the patio. I was awestruck by the sensational beauty of the scintillating dazzling dark blue sea. Then I saw something fascinating, a circus with no roof! There was a fiery orange lion who was dancing on a tightrope, and an elephant playing the drum! I was blown-away!

Zena-The clumsy lion!

"Rawgh" growled bob the LION as he tripped over a tiny, shiny CORNFLAKE and landed on a brown, leather DRUM. He quickly stumbles to his feet before any of the other zoo animals saw his clumsiness.

Who would be so careless to drop a cornflake into a creatures cage?!

Bob was answered by a sharp jab in his hoove. He looked down a spotted a suspicious cornflake trail leading to the exit of the zoo.

Curiously, bob galloped along the trail, DANCING with EXCITMENT, untill finally he reached a dark and gloomy room... Cautiously bob trotted around and around the trail that seamed to lead to a dark and spooky cornerand then all of a sudden it stops. Bob suddenly felt a pair of claws smash onto his side with a jolt and bob suddenly realised that he had been led into a trap...

Maddison - A breakfast to remember

Jim was sitting on his leopard printed couch,eating cornflakes and he was thinking about what will happen today. All of a sudden he started to choked on a cornflake, his face turned as blue as a blueberry.Then he passed out. He woke up in a jungle he hears what he thinks is to be a drum he runs to the noise and to his surprise a lion was playing the drum. To him it was very exciting and then before he knew it his feet started to move and he danced to the beat like he never danced before.

Dom - Breakfast time

It was a cold windy day I saw a leaf dance along the room. Then my mum shouted “breakfast time”! Whats is for breakfast? cornflakes? Not again! Then my brother roared like a lion and said “I will make pancakes mum!” How exciting! I love pancakes especially with cream, maple syrip and jam. I stomped  down the stairs like a drum. Now I was ready for school. I hopped on my bike and sped off. If I didn't have those pancakes I wouldn't of had the energy to get to school as fast as I did. Once I got to school I put my bike in the bike cage and went to class.

Ruby - A day I will never forget

I woke up this morning bright and early, ready for a big day ahead. I got out of bed, got dressed and ran downstairs to eat my cornflakes.

 Once mum was ready, we were off.  It was so exciting, we were going to the Circus .  Mum brought me some popcorn and candyfloss and we went to our seats.

Then there was a drum roll and the curtains opened. The circus had begun.  Wow,  it’s amazing!  There were clowns , acrobats , a man who put his head in a lions mouth and my favourite,  a bear that danced. It was a day I will never forget.

Chavawn - The day we leave to Paris!

Once I finish packing my bags mums in a huge rush to go. ‘Were not going for ten years, only take a couple of bags’.  She shouts with excitement; I know she’s bursting to go. Besides we’ve never been to Paris before. We hop in the car and drive to the airport, this is the most exciting thing I’ve done in my life!

 

When we arrive at the airport a small man as thin as a cornflake is playing adrum, whilst several ladies are dancingnext to him.

 

We get to the departing area our flight number is called; I yawn. ‘You sound like a lion. Says mum. ‘You should rest’. But I’m too restless to sleep I can’t wait to see what Paris is like!

Blake- the zoo

One sunny afternoon I started walking down the footpath.  I stumbled across a lion, he was a strange colour.  He looked like a cornflake, with his mane around his face.  I couldn’t believe my eyes, the lion began to break dance.  The tiger was sitting in the corner playing the drum.  The cheetah had already danced first, and the elephant was begging for his turn.  There was something odd about them.  Upon closer inspection I realized they were people in costumes.  Further up the path, I saw a sign it said welcome to the zoo! .  It as so exciting, I jumped up and down on the spot.

Jordan - the lion show

As the CORNFLAKE dropped out of the child’s bowl the EXCITING LION show commenced at the zoo. The LION did all sorts of things it jumped and it climbed. But what surprised people the most is that the LION DANCED and pranced and twirled and made the kids and adults cheer and say hurray. The zoo keeper was proud of the LION and so the zoo keeper gave the LION some horse meat. The LION enjoyed his meat. As he chomped on the meat the LION show ended with everyone smiling and so was the zoo keeper.

Ben - the lions big dance

There was once a great dancing lion called John the lion. One morning John rose from his bed and had yummy cornflakes for breakfast. After that John the lion remembered he had a big dance concert tonight, he was so excited. After breakfast he went to the gym to practice his flexibility in the dance and also to practice his big and great dance. Once he had been to the gym he went home and had lunch. Finally he got changed into his dance gear and went and performed the big dance. There performance included a drummer, guitarist and an electric guitarist and John the lion... It was fantastic.

5 S.C. - Olivia - our boat

We have a boat but do we need a bigger boat. I DON'T THINK SO !!!. We have 4 seats in the front and the back, so heaps of room for our family. Our boat is red and gold and the seats are purple and oraange. We have a mercury motor and it is white.

Dad is the driver and we all have lifejackets. I got a fish and it was big and dad cooked it for tea. Would you like to come for a ride ?

Kaitlyn - Trip Of A Life Time!

Tiny golden cornflakes danced out of the container, into my bowl. Splashes of milk and a spoon complete my breakfast checklist and straight away my breakfast's, gone! This'll be so exciting I say to myself. I'm going to see the Lions, I'm going to walk the vast plains, I'm going to Africa! In a record of 15 minutes, I'm already boarding the plane. After about 2 hours I start to get a bit bored. I decide to drum on the seat in front, but it just annoys people. Then I get to Africa and I realise I'm not bored anymore.......

Luke - The Exciting lion

In a mighty jungle there was a lion .Who liked to play the drums. He loved playing the drums so much it made him dance, he danced and danced and danced to the next day. He did not want to play the drums he wanted play the big drum,  that night he went to the shop and brought him self a big  drum. He walked up to the counter and gave the person behind the checkout the big  drum. The guy said "aren’t you a lion?" and the lion nodded and walked back to his house. The next day  was exciting be cause cornflake is coming to see him play the big drum.

One dark day a pirate accidently sunk his ship, so he swam to a random island called…well he actually doesn’t know. He went on the island and thought maybe he could find a treasure chest so he got his buddys of the sunken ship and gathered up, Ok guys we are gonna find some treasure,First we need a map I have one said Richard, good says Captain lets begin. Fynn - Treasure

One day a guy named bob was walking around the park and found a suspicious x on the ground. X marks the spot shouted a little kid. What shouted bob, the little kid   handed bob a shovel. Bob started to dig and dug up a big stash of money. the kid and bob went on a shopping spree and bought a lot of useless junk. Then they went back to the park. And put the left over money back where they got it from and went back home. over night bob couldn’t stop thinking about the treasure. So over the night he stole it.

Brooklyn - Down at the beach

One day I was walking down the beach and I saw an X, iIthought to my self -  X marks the 

spot. It must mean something but what.  I started to dig but I couldn't find anything so I dug a little deeper but still nothing.  I  went to get some help from my friends. We dug and dug but still nothing so we all gave up so we went and sat down and we all wondered if anything was actually down there. The sun was setting and it was getting dark, so we went back home wondering what was down there.

Brodie - X MARKS THE SPOT

I was being chased down an alley way, it was a dead end all except for a door on the right.

I opened the door and ran inside to find stairs leading up to the roof.

I was on the roof, I heard the door open, it was coming.

Suddenly, I heard a chopper over head,  I started to wave, but

all I saw was a little black thing being thrown out of the helicopter

It was a hand grenade! I jumped off the roof… ‘BANG!’

“CUT!  All right, take five everyone, oh yeah stunt devil, X marks the spot for where you should land”.

Sam - Boom!

He gave me the map I got in my car, 5 other racers pulled up to the starting line.I inspected the map it had only the words X marks the spot. I had a closer look in fine print under the X it had 12476.I had to think I put it into my GPS it came up with a way to death hill.Time to race my car was a V8 monster energy trophy truck. 3,2,1, GO!!! boooommm all of the cars had just exploded the shock wave made me crash into a tree I went through the windscreen and died with my brains across the bonnet

Jordan - the treasure

There once was a pirate named George and he was a lonely pirate when his grandfather past away. His father was a fisherman so he wasn’t home much. Gorge had to do all the house work. One day he was tidying up his grandfather’s chest and he found something that strake interest and he found a map of his house and there was an X next to the word seller. So he went down to the sellers to investigate he searched every barrel in the sellers so he stood in spot and he said to himself X marks the spot right. He noticed an oddly placed barrel so he moved it but then he saw a secret hatch so he opened it and he found his grandfathers long lost treasure.

Anna - the map

Katie peered at the tattered old message discreetly. The ink was smudged, and the paper had turned yellow but she could just see it was a very old treasure map. Suddenly she saw that some of the map had become visible, the part of the map that the sun was shining over. She dashed outside so she could see the words on the paper more clearly. She followed a long and frustrating track to which would lead her to the treasure, something shining brightly caught her eye she was too puffed to move  X MARKS THE SPOT she breathed slowly
