I am a Search and Rescue assistant in a helicopter. We just got a call that a man has fallen off a cliff when he was absailing. On the way there we see a x and below the x it says x marks the spot. The man was in the middle of the x and the assistant got winched down to pick him up off the ground.
When he got in the helicopter we found he had a broken arm and leg. And then the x opened and there was a hospital under it. Then the hospital doctor put a cast on the broken leg and arm.
