There I was, walking down the side-walk, when suddenly someone yelled at me. ‘Get off of my garden!’ he said, and I replied ‘But I’m walking on the grass right next to the road?’, so he then said ‘but it’s MY property!’ But how would I know?’ I thought. Isn’t the footpath the edge of the boundary? I thought the property boundary was the edge of the fence line? I slowly started walking off when I realised something - I was walking down a private road! These houses own all of the land up to the road!

ReplyDeleteI found it really hard to concentrate on what was happening in this story all the details just jumped out at me. If you do another one be sure to make more clear. Great idea though.
