Caitlin - The Theatre

The sun drowned slowly into the horizon as Kate and Ella took their seats in the theatre.
Tar black ivory keys shimmer in the dull stage light and cast a magnificent glow across the theatre.
The notes from the piano sprung into our ears as the lady played the tunes.
She flipped the tattered music sheets as she played another song.

After the show, Ella and I left the theatre and started on the charcoal black path.
The chilled air enveloped inside of me.
A canopy of luminous stars stood in the ocean of darkness as we walked into the distance.

  1. I really like your story, maybe next time you could add a bit of speech.

  2. Your story is good but I think that some times you had adjectives where they were not needed.
