Piano is playing a note so people can listen to different sounds. You have to practice it and you will get good like me or famous people.
If you are good at the piano the sounds you can hear you can sing to. Touch the piano with your fingers lightly and the sounds will be soft, the symbol is p = piano. But wait........... if your fingers press the note hard it was play loud, the symbol is f=forte. This is what a music teacher will teach you.
