The girl looked down, the stairs were calling her name. She took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and moved onto the first step. As soon as her feet touched, wind rushed through her, everything illuminated, sparks flew all around her. The girls powerful sapphire eyes flared with light as she began running, with every step sparks shot into the air, glowing with life. The girl swiftly ran up and up the staircase, her soft golden hair flying along with the wind. Her body began glowing, but she didn’t stop, on and on she went, until… She was gone… She was the sacrifice... She was the chosen one.
